Neil Gaiman finally announced his big surprise!
It's the First Philippine Graphic/Fiction Awards, sponsored by Neil Gaiman and Fully Booked. First prize in the Comics and Prose categories will receive 100,000 pesos.... as in ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOSES. :p

You will need to register to view the contest details (I don't know why). :p The contest ends January 30, 2006, so if you're planning to submit something, better start writing! :)
